Highly recommend, wonderful place! Been here twice with different groups of friend, both times was amazed by this property. The best thing about this is its location, very near the mall road but far enough so you can enjoy the serenity of the mountains. There's a great hike upwards from here towards china peak if you want to go for it, food is also nearby and kitchen is well equipped. There was no problem regarding courtesy with the host as well, very nice and helpful with recommendations. Big and clean rooms and washrooms too!

I've gone there twice: once with my family and once with friends. Never have I ever before seen such a beautiful place which accommodates a friends' trip as neatly as a family holiday. The location is second to none and the rooms are a state of the art. Highly recommend it.

Have wonderful memories of this place! Hidden away within the foothills of Shivaliks, the cool breeze and lush green trees make for a spectacle. It is placed hardly 10-15 mins on foot from mall road and Naini Lake. The property suits one and all - couples, friends, family and even solo travellers. The delicious food prepared by in house cook is surely an added treat. The hosts are gracious and served me well with their generous hospitality. Definitely worth a try. Been there twice and planning to visit again soon!

It is the best location to stay in a Nainital walking distance from Mall road and located at a very less crowded place near to Tiffin top. Host Mr.Nav Arun was amazing. Chef makes amazing food . It was the overall package for a homestay. Best location to stay one can expect.
